It has the seven semiprecious stones used to balance each chakra of your body and mother of pearl stones between each grouping. The stones are 4mm in size and very comfortable to wear. The seven stones are garnet, carnelian, citrine, aventurine, turquoise, amethyst and clear quartz. The findings on this bracelet are all sterling silver as is the attached ohm charm.
