A refund for the entire merchandise purchase will be given (for any reason) if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in the original condition as received. Please be sure it is packaged as it was shipped.

All jewelry is guaranteed.  If your jewelry piece should break, return it to us and it will be repaired at no charge.
